I'm just kind of astounded at the armchair lawyering going on everywhere. The FBI director made it abundantly clear why criminal charges aren't being filed (because there is no criminal case in this instance) and tons of people with actual legal credentials have weighed in to show why this is different than, say, Snowden or others. There is actual legally sound reasoning (because "I don't like her" or even "she broke rules for which she might get fired were she still in that position" isn't cause enough to actually charge someone with a criminal offense.)
But naw, it's only because she's "above the law" so we better bern it all down or something.
