I think maybe we need to all calm down and do the rational thing in times like these: stop attacking each other, focus on your friends and neighbors, and begin stockpiling long-lasting foods and fuel in a shelter a good distance away from major population centers to ride this whole thing out.

I'd be disappointed and shocked, but let's all just admit we knew from the beginning HRC was above the law.

Because seriously, I knew that from the beginning. There was no chance of her being prosecuted and it had nothing to do with whether or not she broke the law.

Who cares? It's not like Sanders wouldn't have continued the same heinous Bush policies that Obama does.

I'm just kind of astounded at the armchair lawyering going on everywhere. The FBI director made it abundantly clear why criminal charges aren't being filed (because there is no criminal case in this instance) and tons of people with actual legal credentials have weighed in to show why this is different than, say, Snowden or others. There is actual legally sound reasoning (because "I don't like her" or even "she broke rules for which she might get fired were she still in that position" isn't cause enough to actually charge someone with a criminal offense.)

But naw, it's only because she's "above the law" so we better bern it all down or something.
