Weddding is in 2 weeks ARRRG!

I'm kinda losing my mind. This shit is so expensive and there are so many moving parts. It's like putting on a play but with a staff of two.

From what little I know of you, I'm sure you got this. You'll figure it out. Good luck with it and congrats again.
Question, cause I'm nosy: Are you guys doing it all yourselves, or do you have a venue with a planner person?
(I totally agree about the expensive part. We ended up spending over 7 grand all told, factoring in the venue, the food, the DJ, flowers, tuxes, etc. But I do take it as a point of personal pride that between the two of us, we made it work (and only got a little help here and there on some last minute expenses that cropped up that we hadn't budgeted for.) It made me feel like an adult. Like: "Wow, for the first time in my life, I feel like someone independent that can actually get shit done.")

Thanks. We have a venue and an event planner. We're getting hitched in a State Park Lodge on the edge of a lake.
We aren't hiring a DJ, but year, between clothes and live music and swords (what classy wedding doesn't have a sword exchange?) rings, decorations, the food, the cake, photography my wallet is really hurting.
We aren't doing a DJ because DJ's today are obscenely expensive. Just gonna have friends MC and use an Ipod.
Emoore actually did art for our invitations and it's amazing.

It was incredible. Honey moon kicked ass too.
I'm gonna be paying it off for a LOOOONNNNNGGGG Time, but hey - you're only supposed to do it once right?
