Anti-intellectualism.

Racism, sexism, basically just the social dynamics in general. Also the seriously fucked up views and priorities we have about food.

The lingering sense here that we're still a superpower, with the attitude to other countries and cultures that entails, is a bit problematic at times.

The creeping surveillance state, growing social stratification, and the willingness to off peeps with flying murderbots controlled by people who don't seem to be accountable to anyone except their own little cabals.

Also, two more killing sprees by lone nuts in a couple days. Whoo.

Oh yeah, definitely also the big-brother-is-watching vibe that's been popping up the last decade or two. Good call, Emoore.
