Posted: Tue Jul 19, 2016 3:11 pmEven if one of the cops was a Neo-Nazi (and that's a big if at this point) the gunman was not specifically aiming at that cop for that reason. Murder is still murder, even if the person you kill happens, coincidentally, to be a bad person. Also, political affiliation is not a capital offense.
