We have the English Defence League (antipathy towards black Muslims a speciality) and the British National Party, although they're something of a spent force these days, happily.

Apparently one of the guys up for vice president in Afghanistan at the moment is a warlord with his own militia. Something of a conflict of interest should he be elected, one would presume.
