Wojciech is pronounced somewhere between "woyj-tek" and "voy-chek" (the w is like the Russian one, the jcie part is like but just a little softer than a ch sound, and the ch at the end is like a hard c or a k sound). It is a Polish name, there does not really seem to be an exact phonetic spelling in English. One of my best friends at my most recent job had the same name (he also had three or four different ways that he wrote it for people to try and get them to say it right, but I recognize the proper spelling).
