I joined because Outlander was my roommate and introduced me to the place back in 1999.
I tend to keep general tabs on most of the places I frequented, even if some of them are a little longer in the tooth than others.

I wrote a Stream of Consciousness story in college that included a CB reference and one guy in my English class actually got it.
